Welcome! Chromatic Hair Studio is based in Matthews, NC. Paul Mitchell, Leaf & Flower, and Brazilian Blowout are the product lines used in house. My specialties include custom extensions, blonding services, color corrections, vivid colors and men's grooming. I help busy, professional women and men who want their hair to be healthy and easy to maintain with timely and exceptional services. (double booking is not allowed) My appointments are all about you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service total for the first cancelation. The second time, we will require a credit card on file and you will be charged 50% of the services booked should you cancel without a 24 notice again. - No Shows will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount and will require a credit card on file to make any future appointments. - Any appointments taking 3 hours or longer must be held with a credit card. If these appointments are not cancelled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time. No refunds are given for services. All sales are final.
